ICC 2024 will be held at the Nebraska Union on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's City Campus in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. Lincoln is a vibrant city of over 290,000 residents. It is served by the Lincoln Municipal Airport and Omaha Eppley Airfield (60 miles from Lincoln), which are connected to major airline hubs. Blocks of lodging rooms are available at four designated conference hotels in the Lincoln downtown and nearby Haymarket and Railyard districts.
The Nebraska Union is a modern student center that is within short walking distance of hotels and restaurants in downtown Lincoln. Oral presentations for ICC will be held in the Swanson Auditorium on the second floor of the Nebraska Union, a 300-seat auditorium that contains fixed-tiered seating with a stage and built-in computer, projector and screen. ICC poster sessions, receptions and lunches will be held in the Centennial Room, which is near the Swanson Auditorium. The Centennial Room is a large multipurpose room that is regularly used for large luncheons and research fairs with poster viewing. Coffee breaks will be held in the Regency Suite, a large meeting room across the hall from the Swanson Auditorium. In addition to the formal ICC venues, the Nebraska Union contains several restaurants and a coffee shop on the first floor, and comfortable seating areas for informal research discussions among conference participants.
