General Information

ISPL and ICC attendees must reserve and pay for their own lodging. You may reserve lodging at the following hotels at a discounted conference rate, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis until space runs out. Conference attendees are encouraged to make their lodging reservations early in order to ensure that rooms are still available.

Conference Hotels: July 14-20, 2024

Embassy Suites by Hilton Lincoln

  • Single, double, triple, or quad occupancy rooms available.
  • Lodging rate: Lodging is $139 per room night plus tax with breakfast included.
  • Release date: June 23, 2024. (Any unreserved rooms will be released on June 23. Conference rates will not be available after June 23, and room availability will not be guaranteed.)

  • Cancellations: Allowed if requested more than 48 hours prior to arrival. No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged a one-night room rate. 
  • Hotel shuttle: Complimentary shuttle service is provided to/from the Lincoln, Nebraska, airport. Guests should call ahead to schedule shuttle rides.
  • Parking: Parking current rate is $11.25 per day for self-park, and $22 per day for valet. 

Courtyard by Marriott Lincoln Downtown/Haymarket

  • King and queen beds rooms available until sold out. Room availability will not be guaranteed.
  • Lodging rate: Lodging is $132 per room night plus tax with breakfast included.
  • Release date: June 17, 2024. (Any unreserved rooms will be released on June 17. Conference rates will not be available after June 17, and room availability will not be guaranteed.)

  • Parking: Parking current rate is $19 per day for self-park, and $20 per day for valet. Both options include in/out privilege and guaranteed entry if the garage sign says Full. City parking is $11.25 per day on an as-available basis.

Hilton Garden Inn Lincoln Downtown/Haymarket

  • Lodging rate: Lodging is $125 per room night plus tax with breakfast included.
  • Release date: June 30, 2024. (Any unreserved rooms will be released on June 30. Conference rates will not be available after that time.)

Hyatt Place Lincoln Downtown-Haymarket

  • King and queen beds rooms available until sold out. Room availability will not be guaranteed.
  • Lodging rate: Lodging is $119 per room night (king bed) plus tax, and $129 per room night (queen beds) plus tax. Complimentary breakfast and parking are included.
  • Release date: June 14, 2024. (Any unreserved rooms will be released on June 14. Conference rates will not be available after that time.)

  • Parking: Complimentary and included in the room rate. Parking is available in the Red One garage next to the hotel.
